Acne is a condition of the skin that shows up as various types of bumps including whiteheads, blackheads, pimples, and even deeper lumps (cysts or nodules) that occur on the face, neck, chest, back, shoulders and even the upper arms. Acne is caused by blocked pores in the skin. The pores of your skin contain oil glands, which lubricate our hair and skin.
